Who is Lara Zinder?

My name is Lara Zinder, I am from Russia, a journalist (I work for SNOB in Moscow and for Ground Zero in Chile). Charity is my meaning of life and my mission. I have been doing this for about twenty years, in different countries, I have a lot of experience. But I have my first official foundation here in Chile. My previous experience: 2004-2007 Orphanage in the Tver region, Russia (Organization of parties for orphans, collection of donations, clothes, toys, etc.) 2010-2016 Montenegro, orphanage in Bijela (Patronage of an orphanage, organization of classes magisterial, collecting things, donations for children from the orphanage

Our history

How our foundation was born

The foundation was born as a project in March 2020 with the start of a pandemic. Until this moment, the founder worked as a volunteer in other foundations: Incami, Jesuitas Chile etc. But with the start of the quarantine, the foundations stopped working or reduced their work to the basics. At this time, many emigrants who wanted to return to their countries of origin appear on the streets of Santiago sleeping in tents on the street (Venezuela, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia, Haiti). It was obvious that they needed help: hot food, clothes, tents, etc., little by little the team grew to come to their aid and decided to start our foundation.

Our work

What we are doing

Support for the homeless: food, clothing, medicine, hairdresser, etc. Ideally, help them return to a normal life, or at least attract the public's attention to them (various actions)

Clothes, household items, cosmetics, books, etc.

Every day we are looking for donation and distribute donations to people in need. (poor communes, camp, etc.)

We teach English, Spanish, art, music, dance (flamenco), Russian culture for kids and for adults.

Our values

Main principles

We don’t have priorities, we help everyone who needs it, regardless of nationality, religion, sexual preference, skin color, or origin.

Our team is our value, we are proud of it and we take care of it, that is why we carefully select new candidates.

Most of the decisions we make together, we have a democratic vision for which we are all equally responsible.

We are a secular organization, where there is no room for discrimination, political, ethnic, gender, sexual orientation, social or religious beliefs.

Help us to work for a better world.
